Promotion Terms Checklist: Eligibility, Turnover, and Withdrawal Conditions

A promotion is a set of conditions, not just a headline value. An adult reader should be able to identify who qualifies, what must be done, which balance is used, what counts toward turnover and when funds can be withdrawn before opting in.
Eligibility comes before the reward
Check age, country, account status, verification, payment method and whether existing users are included. Some offers require an explicit opt-in before the qualifying action. Others exclude related accounts, certain locations or particular transaction methods.
If the eligibility statement is vague, ask for the full written condition. Do not deposit merely to discover whether the offer applies.
Turnover needs a complete formula
Identify the base amount, multiplier and which activities contribute. A requirement described as “20×” is incomplete without saying whether it applies to the bonus, deposit, or both. Different products may contribute at different rates, and a maximum action size may apply while the promotion is active.
Cash and promotional balances are not interchangeable
Find out which balance is used first, whether winnings inherit restrictions, and what happens to remaining promotional funds after a cash withdrawal request. A total balance display should not be treated as entirely withdrawable.
Dates, caps and exclusions complete the picture
Record the start and end time zone, maximum promotional benefit, maximum eligible winnings if stated, excluded products and claim deadline. Save the terms that applied at opt-in. A support message should not override the published written rules without a formal update.
Calculate the maximum cost before deciding
A promotional value should be compared with the full amount and time required to satisfy its conditions. Estimate the maximum qualifying activity, identify actions that contribute less than 100 percent, and note any deadline. If completing the requirement would exceed the money or time you planned to spend without the offer, the promotion does not fit that plan.
Never continue solely because abandoning a bonus feels like losing value. Stopping can be the lower-cost decision.
